This kitchen was designed to entertain with spacious quartz countertops and backsplash, a two sided waterfall edge island with seating for 4 and oversized bamboo pendants for ambient lighting. The dining table seats 6 people. Your coffee/tea needs are covered with both a Keurig, a 14-cup coffee maker and tea kettle. Appliances include a 4-slice toaster, Instapot, crockpot, Ninja air fryer, sweet tea maker and blender. Pots and pans are ceramic, pfas free. Wilton baking sheets and pans for cookies, brownies and more are also pfas free. Platters, bowls, cutting boards and pitcher are also stocked in the kitchen.

Lux Master Retreat with Fireplace Designed

to Pamper

Spacious and lux, this master retreat features a modern multi-color electric fireplace, king size bed with pendant lights for ambient lighting, a large 7' mirror and extra seating. The master bathroom highlights a spa-like marble shower designed to pamper, double sinks and modern sconce lighting. All bathrooms include a hair dryer, cotton balls, q-tips and 3 makeup remover packets.

Second Master Ensuite & 2 Queen Bedrooms

The second master retreat also features a king size bed plus an ensuite bathroom and custom marble shower, and extra shelving

for toiletries. All 4 bedrooms have black-out curtains.

Living

The living area features a 75" fire smart TV for game days and movies! Loads of natural light, and an easy breezy design create a relaxing space to gather. There is a 6' table and mirror for an extra place to pamper. We showcase artwork from a local Mississippi artist, and coffee table books encompassing the southern culture and our love for travel. Located off the living area is a spacious laundry room.
